Career Growth connects verified organisations with curated talent listings. Profiles are never public; access opens only after organisation verification and a paid subscription.
1. Register your organisation
Create an organisation account and upload verification documents for Sports Fusion Technology review.
2. Get verified, then subscribe
Platform staff approve eligible organisations. A paid subscription then unlocks the directory for your organisation’s members.
3. Discover and express interest
Search consented listings, shortlist talent, and submit an expression of interest. Interests go to the federation for review alongside the player’s club or school — they are not a public auction.
