01
You are verified first
Agents and academies enter as organisations, not as anonymous browsers.
For agents & academies
Accredited agents and academies access Career Growth as verified organisations. Profiles are never public; a paid subscription is required after verification.
How interest works
Review first. Contact later.
When you express interest in a listing, the request goes to the federation for review and notifies the player’s club or school contacts. Career Growth does not expose private contact details on marketing pages or open directories.
02
Listings stay private
The directory is behind a paid subscription. It is never a public page.
03
The federation routes interest
Club and school contacts hear about the enquiry. Their details stay off this site.
