01
Curated listings
Review consented players without browsing open player boards.
For clubs
Clubs use Career Growth to discover consented talent through a private directory. Profiles are never public, and directory access requires a verified organisation plus a paid subscription.
Why clubs join
Talent without a public board
Your organisation is checked, then a paid subscription opens the directory. Interest goes to the federation, not onto a marketplace.
02
Interest through the federation
Express interest on the platform so federation staff can review the next step.
03
Safeguarding stays first
Minors need guardian consent before a listing is approved.
